I am looking forward to the rest of the week off, today is very quiet. Jamie is at work at Sports Direct which is his weekend job but he gets extra shifts in the holidays.  Beth is round the boyfriends for the day and poor hubby is at work (hahahah) so that leaves just me and Max!!

I have done a few jobs this morning but then somehow ended up in my craft cupboard LOL!  Here is my card for today, its a nice simple one but hope you likey...

Happy Easter, hope you have a fabulous day whatever you may be up to.  Don't eat too much chocolit, I never eat much chocolit!!!!!!!!!  (actually can't even type that without laughing its a big lie, I LOVE chocolit)!!

Anyway I have had my eye on this adorable little elephant and  could resist no longer.  I couldn't decide to do a  girly card or a boys card so I did both which is great coz I like getting lots of use from my stamps!!    Bella is soooo sweet now I want them all!!!   I have gone for a girly birthday card teamed up with some of the matching papers and loads of embellies and then a baby's first birthday in traditional yellow and blue with nice simple embellies!  Hope you likey.

Naff, that is my description of the weather here in Kent today!!.  I had a lovely time out with my sister yesterday, we went to a little place in Billericay called Barleylands Craft Village.  It has around 50 individual studios, shops and galleries.  I tell you they have everything there from patchwork to glass blowing, pottery, cakes, wood turning and very importantly 2 craft shops!!!!  And if you have little ones they also have a farm but we gave that a miss. We had a nice helping of tea and cake to finish, thanks sis!

A very good morning - CES GDT....

I have used a digi image called 'Sweet Love' by Blue Butterfly Stamps, I love this image. She is coloured with copics and look I even got a bit of shine on her hair!! YIPPEE!! The fab dotty paper is from Wild Rose Studio and the flowers and ribbon from Hobby House. I used my MS Daisy border punch and X-Cut butterfly punch. The sentiment is Craftwork Cards layered up using a little nestie.

Bit miffed this one has not photographed well, probably my crappy photography skills, or lack of, but really the colours are much lighter in real life, looks a bit heavy in the pics.

Had a little play with some of my new stash that I got from Ally Pally. The stamp of course is from LOTV and she is coloured with copics and the wings are glamour dusted to the extreme!! The papers are from the dotty pack from Wild Rose Studio. I got the flowers from Hobby house at the show, just love the colours. I used my new Nellie Snellen butterfly punch and emboss (coz I haven't got enough butterfly ones LOl). The cute little WISH tag I also got from the show but I am not sure from which stand.

Sparkle n Shine - Incy Wincy DT

Kicking off the week with a brand new challenge at Incy Wincy which is Sparkle and Shine!

Now last week I hid my embossing and I haven't done much better this week either. I have not gone overboard on sparkle but hey the little butterfly on his nose is glamour dusted and I have some lovely sparkly gems!

Oh this makes me feel old, it must be 20+ years since I last went clubbing, strutting me stuff in my green (yes green) cords and black suede stilletoes to D.I.S.C.O!!

Hope you are enjoying your Sunday, after a misog start we have had lovely sunshine today, bit breezy but that's good got my washing dry!!

I decided to have a go at a Kenny K image today, these are fab to colour in and they have such lovely faces.

This one is 'Club Kid' and she is coloured with Copics. The funky papers are from Wild Rose Studio 'Cherry Cake', I love the textured look on them and all the embellies from stash.

Hello Cupcake

Ok I am well and truly in 'relaxed' mode now ( I think the wine helps)!!! I hope you are looking forward to new years eve, I have to say I dread it! I know its only once a year but every year I have to endure the party next door. It would not be so bad if they just played music but they insist on karaoke until about 2 in the morning and they can't sing a jot although they think they can. The same songs every year yelled into a microphone very badly, OMG! Blimey I sound like a right misery guts! LOL!

Anyway enjoyed making a card today, I used my new LOTV stamp, Hello Cupcake and my new fabby Polka Dots papers from Wild Rose Studio, they really are very me! She is coloured with promarkers and the flowers are using the Boho punch from Stampin Up! I grabbed fab ribbon bargains today from Hobbycraft, now I am not a lover of this store, very overpriced but I check it out now and again. I am glad I did today as I got 4 packs of Anna Griffin ribbon I think normally about £4 each for 99p a pack. There is 4 or 5 different ribbons in each pack so well chuffed. The sentiments is also one of the gorgeous new ones from LOTV.

What a combo....Lime,Pink and Craft!!

We want you to use Lime,Pink and Craft for your card or project. Now I didn't have any 'craft' and resorted to using the inside of a cereal box, you wouldn't know the difference!! I have used it for my actual card base and a little matting.

Black,White and 1 other at Fab N Funky

This is my first auto post as I will be out on the road very early today and I have no doubt it will publish at completely the wrong time!! hehe

This weeks challenge over at Fab N Funky is Black,White and 1 other colour, very nice!!

I have used Bunnies Together from Wild Rose Studio stamp, EK success hearts and swirls border punch and Cherry Blossom flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts ooh and my new little branch punch. Mind you bit miffed as it does not seem to punch through card, only paper?

Basicgrey Challenge Card

Hello all

This is my entry for the Basicgrey Challenge which is paper piecing. I really like this technique and I have used it on her little top and flower in her hair. My BG paper is from the Eva collection 'Aristocrat'. The stamp is from the Milton & Co range by Wild Rose Studio and she is Gardening Millie, such a cutie. The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts.
