Make your Own - Fab n Funky DT

Good Morning

Its a new Fab n Funky challenge today and this week we want you to........

...make your own embellishment.....

We are very kindly sponsored by Di's Digi Downloads and we got some totally fab images to play with!!

Ok I have made a little button centre for my flower, punch half a dozen circles, stick together and cover with glossy accent. Use a cropodile or similar to add a couple of holes for effect and that's it!! I love how you can make them to match your card by punching the top layer from your DP.

I have used Makeover Maisy from Di's Digi Downloads and she is coloured with promarkers. Please excuse the fact that I gave her leggings instead of socks, no idea what happened there and actually never even realised until I uploaded it here LOL! The papers are MME and one of my favs (but I seem to have a lot of favs!)I would like to enter into;

Paper Sundaes - Pick at least 2 toppings from Pink,flowers, lace, distressing - Flowers and Pink.

Paper Pretties - Card for a child

I have used 'Waiting for the Party', she is so gorgeous, she need wait no more the party has well and truly started!!!!

She is coloured with promarkers and the beautiful papers are papermania's Rose Garden which are so pretty. I used my new circular sentiment stamp from LOTV, don't know how I got those, my hand must of slipped on add to basket again LOL!!! The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts, I used roses and Gip.

Gone Fishing!!.....

Another post from me today, work takes up way too much time LOL so I am making the most of being off!! I decided to be brave and attempt a male card, I tell you making these is scary stuff LOL!

I have made it for 2 challenges;
Papertake Weekly - Fab Sketch
Digital Tuesday - Use something you have had in your stash for ages and not used - well I got plenty of that!

The image is from Di's Digi Downloads coloured with promarkers and the papers are MME.
Ok the thing I used that I have not used before is the twine, always pick it up and put it back but it has finally made it onto a card.

Cherry Cake......

Where does the weekend go, it has flown by again. I didn't have time to make a card yesterday what with one thing and another and today I have spent way too much time on the net looking at cards instead of making one!!

Anyway managed to get one together in the end, here is my card for the challenge at CES which is Chocolate and Caramel.




The image is sooooo sweet, I actually said ahhh when I saw it, of course had to have it! It is called 'Cherry Cake' from Di's Digi Downloads. The paper is MME 'Asparagus' and coredinations essentials 'Cream N Sugar'. The flowers are coloured with promarkers in caramel to match and the little swirls in the corner are from my EK success hearts and swirls punch, these bits actually fall out but they really are very useful.
