La La Land GDT

Morning

Not gonna say Happy Monday coz I have to go  back to work and I really don't want too (sob) also this is my last post for La La Land as my GDT spot comes to an end :o(   I feel privileged to have spent two months with what can only be described as an ooober talented team and was so lucky to get to play with the fabulous new Summer  CHA releases.  Massive thank you to Irina, Rosemary and all the DT for this fab experience!

Right over at La La Land Team Monday have got all sentimental  do pop on over and take a peep!

I had to use Snowflake Garland Marci again, she is tooooooo cute!  I did her in red last week so this week she is green LOL!!

Mermaid

Morning and Happy Saturday

Hope you have something good planned for the weekend, lets hope the weather holds and we can enjoy another couple of days of sunshine.  Well that is practically the end of my 2 weeks off back to work Monday for me, I am so disappointed we couldn't get away but there we are worse things happen at sea as they say!

Today I am using another fabulous image from the Paper Nest Dolls and this one is Mermaid with Dolphin, my fav colours for mermaids is purple!

The papers are from the Bonbon Bells CD from Polka Doodles and flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts.

Graph It Markers

Happy Friday peeps!

New challenge starts today over at Graph It Markers Color Challenge we this week we want to see blonde hair!  Take a peepsie HERE at what the DT did and our Faye has also done a tutorial which is def worth a look, brilliant!!

Much excitement in the house today Beth has manged to get a  weeks work experience at KAREN MILLEN head office  in London next week  and she will  also get to be involved in a fashion show at the Oxo Tower!!  So thrilled for her and it will be something extra she can use for her uni application!  I really hope she enjoys it!  She has to be on the  train by 7am every morning MMmm dont think we are quite so excited about that bit LOL!!

Little Miss Muffet Exciting New Look Store and New Releases

Happy Tuesday, a little cooler here and we have had a drop or two of rain, not gonna lie very welcome!  But while the weather cools Little Miss Muffet is hotting up with a new look shop and a new rubber and digi release too!  Do pop over to the new store and take a peep it looks fabulous!!!

I used a gorgeous image by Pollycraft for Little Miss Muffet from the ever popular Swings and Slides collection and he is cute, Ring out those Bells!  I  coloured him with copics and teamed him with some traditional Christmas papers and a little charm.

La La Land Crafts 2013 Release

Morning Happy Monday

 La La Land Summer CHA Release kicks off today, just take a look at all these beauties, gorgeous images, beautiful dies and of course some new shadow boxes and project kits too!  All these will be showcased during this week over at La La Land so go take a peep!!

My project for today is a shadow box, eeek never done one before but seriously I needn't have worried they are so easy to put together, honestly if I can do it anyone can!!  This is the Christmas Shadow box which I have inked up with brilliance gold and smothered in snowflake glitter,ooh  it was everywhere!  I am a traditional girl at heart so for me red and green and gold is always gonna be my fav for Christmas.

Good Morning

Yay day 1 of  my 2 weeks off and just as well I don't now how I would fit all the craft stuff in that I need to complete over the next few days, LOl!!  Anyhows hope you had a good weekend, are you cooked yet???

I am looking forward to tonight I am going to a Fashion Show at Beth's school that she and several other girls have organised, she has put lots of time into it so I hope it goes well!

Okay so over at La La Land todays inspiration post is all about embossing, wet or dry!   I always forget about embossing, I don't know why it just never springs to mind so you might have to look for it on my card but it is there  (just) on my little butterflies!!!

Love Balloon Papertake Weekly DT

Happy Tuesday, hope your week has got off to a good start, I am on countdown now 4 more days at work and then 2 weeks off!   No holiday for me unfortunately with hubby being out of work for nearly a year we just cant manage it, but the weather is forecast good ( at the moment) so that's something I spose!!

I love this stamp I got it for my birthday and this is the first ink up so its counting as my new and then I got old ribbon and of course some blue!    I can never manage that die cutting out of the edge so I cheated and lopped the top of the balloon of and then just coloured up another one and stuck it over the top, you get the same effect!!!
