Morning
Well I thought I would have more time this week but hasn't quite worked out like that.  Everything seems to be happening at once and I seem to be spending my evenings running around!  Phew roll on the weekend!  I can't believe I haven't got a card done since Sunday, I am itching to get back in my cupboard LOL!

Beth has now broken up for 'study leave'  and has her first exam today which is IT! She is sweet 16 tomorrow so we took her out last night to get a laptop so she now has a nice new shiny red one (it had to be red for some reason ?)

So it's time for some inspiration over at Digital Delights and I couldn't wait to use this image from the Wild West Release, here is Lil Billy, isn't he fabulous!

CES Finale..............

Oh it's a beautiful here in Maidstone this morning, the sun is out and I think we are in a for a dry day, fingers crossed!  Today is my Birthday so hubby is gonna whisk me off  down to Rye for some lunch so looking forward to that!!  Please forgive my lack of visits this week but what with the card class and my anniversary and a couple of other things I have been very short of time in the evenings this week.

So today is the last CES challenge and I have had fabulous time on the team, the girls are just brilliant!  So that leaves me on just 2 DT's now a weekly and a fortnightly one :o(

 Well I am sure you will have heard about the fun little challenge set by Sandra at Sandra's Crafty Corner.  What a super idea even though very embarrassing LOL!  Well I thought why not join in for a laugh and I have gone back to 2009 when I first started card making and 2010 (not even 2 years ago) and what was I thinking???????? 

AUGUST 09 and  I actually remember being very pleased with this one (WHY?????)

I though  this was so pretty  - yeah pretty awful!!!

Okay so here are some more recent makes please tell me they are better or I will cry.............. :0(

Digital Delights was(and still is) my first My first DT post for a Stamp Company!! These were fun to make!

So I know I am not a 'natural' at colouring but Hey I was chuffed with this one!

Hope your day is going well, we have had some sunshine here in Maidstone today and not been too bad until now, the rain has just started, hopefully just a little shower !   I have been good and got my ironing done this morning and hubby managed to get the lawn mowed.  I have managed to squeeze in a little card, I wanted to use this fab image from Little Miss Muffet, too cute!!

A Special Gift....CES DT

Morning

Long weekend yippee, oh that extra day makes all the difference doesn't it.  I need to have a sort out today but hubby is off on a 'ride out' on the bike tomorrow so that gives me lots of crafty time!!  Have no plans yet for Monday wait and see what the weather does first.

So today over at CES our lovely Carrie has chosen the theme of SHAPE IT UP!  Have to be honest always makes me sigh coz I love my square cards but I do need to try different shapes.  I saw this kick stand card tutorial over on the LOTV ideas to inspire blog that Bev did and thought, yep that's the one for me coz it's still quite square LOL!  I really like it and you can use all sorts of shapes for the stand!  Only thing is that I found it a bit of a nightmare to photo to get a good angel to show the stand but never mind I am sure you get the idea!

I have used a gorgeous LOTV image teamed with some fab BG papers....

Seems like ages since I blogged, actually it has been 4 days now and that was a quick post!  I loved having my MIL stay we did have a laugh and I have NO ironing!!! (she loves ironing... weird!)  She has gone home now so back to blogland for me and I should now have time to visit you all again!!
