Happy New Year

Hello dear peeps!

Well my plan didn't go to plan so no card to share today but I wanted to pop on and wish you all A Happy, Healthy and Prosperous 2013.  I really hope you enjoy this evening whether it be a quite night in with a glass of bubbly or an all out PARTAY!!!!!!! (were doing the dvd/board game thingy)

But most of all thank you for all your support this year, I appreciate you taking the time to come and visit me little blog!

Talk to the Bear......

Hello dear peeps

Hope today finds you well,  finally we have a dry day here in Kent, so fed up with rain!!  Poor hubby is not feeling too well today and that's not like him at all!  Well not long now before we say goodbye to 2012 and hello 2013 I wonder what the year ahead will hold! We plan on a quite night in for new years although we will probably have to endure the awful racket from next door until the small hours while they do their bloomin karaoke!

Reading Beauty

Good Morning

I hope you are enjoying a brilliant Christmas so far, did you get lots of lovely pressies!  I plan on having a choc-o-lit free day today coz I think I have overdone it a bit LOL!  Well today my niece Amy is celebrating her 18th Birthday, I really don't know where those years have gone!  I chose a gorgeous SC image for her card and I know she loves reading so I hope she likes it.

Finally a Card!!!!!!!!!!!

Good Morning and Happy Saturday!

I don't know how you lot do it, I have not managed to get anywhere near making a card this week, I think  I  must be very disorganised!  I woke up this morning and panic mode has set in , I still have all the food shopping to get, the house to blitz, although hubby will help with that and I have to go to work Monday but hopefully it will be a short day.  I am sorry for not visiting this week I really hope to catch up tonight while watching strictly, MMmmm maybe I should not be watching the telly with so much to do LOL!!

This card is for my daughter and note to self I have to buy some Christmas Sentiments for next year, I did get some in the sale last year but very disappointed with the quality and they do not stamp well!  I chose this image coz Beth has been so excited about going to Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park with her new "friend " and of course she got to go ice skating (good excuse to hold hands me thinks)!!  Anyway she had a totally fantastic day, came back with a giant teddy (and I mean giant) and found her way round the underground ok (I was a bit worried about that)!  So enough waffle, here is my card and my first LA LA LAND image (hello where have I been I did not know these were available as digi's)  Oh and there is an awesome colouring video on FB by the very talented Kristina Werner, go check it out- http://www.facebook.com/pages/La-La-Land-Crafts/124543968704

Warmest Winter Wishes

Morning

Eeek not been able to  post for nearly a week, I am playing catch up with everything LOL!  But Yippee for Friday and not long to go now, I still have loads to do but getting there slowly.   I have got nearly all the presents now but not all wrapped yet.   Beth and my niece Amy put the tree up for me last Saturday, looks really good too!  So just a few more bits and bobs and then the dreaded food shopping as I have nothing in yet could be Beans on Toast!!

So my card today is for my crafty buddy in crime Lisa,   I hope she likes it!  I chose  a gorgeous Teddy Bea teamed up with some lush Bo Bunny papers!  I paper pieced the star and added some pom poms and flowers and a little charm to boot  (get it)!!

Christmas Pudding.....

Morning

Oh hope you are all warm and well, have you had snow, we had a little bit here but nothing much.  A quick post from me as I am just about to hit the road down to Devon to visit my MIL and SIL and nephews.   I wasn't sure if we would go as I had a migraine from hell yesterday and didn't go to work, I feel really sorry for people that suffer with these on a regular basis, it was horrible!! My card today is a Teddy Bea and she has got her Christmas Pud, I LOVE Christmas Pud with Brandy cream, Yum Yum!  I used by gorgeous MB bow die and went for traditional colours for this one, although I am not very confident colouring in red.

Oh no 50!

Moring and Happy Saturday!

So glad its the weekend and the start of December, did you have a choccy for breakfast???   I have some busy weekends coming up now mainly because I leave things to the last minute like my BIL Birthday card!  He is 50 today and there is a bit of a do tonight in celebration so I will be round there enjoying a glass or two, well it would be rude not to!!  So yep the card was made fresh today, I chose a TB image coz its perfect for his job and I have been kind and only stuck a little 50 on it!  Hope you likey.
