Lost Mojo, Lost Internet BUT.........

.......my gorgeous daughter totally rocked her GSCE's YAY Beth. She got 2 x A* and 6 x A now thats BRILLIANT especially as she took them a whole year early too!! I think she gets it from me LOL!!

I also want to say a big WELL DONE to my fab niece Amy who got also got awesome results coming in with A grades for all of them! WOW!!!!

Anyway big apology to make, my card is very late for the challenge over at CES today, I have had no mojo all week and it shows no sign of return, don't you just hate it when that happens? Also I have had pretty limited internet connection again and so I probably haven't caught up with lots of you.

The challenge this week is a gorgeous colour combo, PINK, BROWN AND AQUA, now that's yummy!

You would think with those colours and a Wee stamp and beautiful MME papers I would be able to create something pretty but NO, so I apologize now for my very uninspiring and totally pants card LOl! My first Sassy, clouds and a BIG thank you

Morning

This week is going way to quick, please slow down, I actually need to get myself in gear and get some jobs done!

So me and my sister met up yesterday for a little play. Me being me couldn't wait to colour my new stamp and sis being sis more worried about trying a new technique! So we tried clouds, I think you will see it turned out pretty well for a first go! I may have needed to go slightly lower down the image, she looked like she was floating in the sky when I finished, hence flower overload at the bottom. Hopefully now she looks like she is sitting in a field of pretty flowers! So for the clouds we used Die-namics trio cloud die, cut out a few times, we found the medium and smaller ones worked well. Then we masked our image and placed the clouds about where we thought they would go and then with a large brush dotted bashful blue ink around (from stampin up). Remove the clouds and hey presto a sky without too much hassle. Of course you can then keep your clouds as templates to re-use SIMPLES!

And the BIG THANK YOU is for Wend aka The Crafty Monkey who sorted my blog problem out, I tell you I was right stuck with this one but it's all fixed, thanks Woo you are a star and such an oober lovely friendly person!!

Critter Challenge - Here Come The Boys

Hope you are having a good weekend, hubby is off to a motorbike show (yawn) today so me thinks I will get lots of time in my cupboard! Another 2 weeks have flown by and its already time for a new challenge at HERE COME THE BOYS.
