Morning, Happy Sunday!

I hope you are enjoying the weekend,  we have not got much planned here today so hopefully a nice relaxing day!

 After a very long countdown since buying the tickets Beth went to see ' The 1975' band last night in Brighton and thoroughly enjoyed it!   Are you wondering who they are  ( so did I) but apparently the lead singer is the son of Denise Welch and Beth reckons they are awesome so you can imagine her delight when she got pics with them and signed tickets, more excited then a kid on Christmas morning!  I have a feeling the hysteria could last several days yet, now where did I put those ear plugs!!!  We got down to Brighton at 11pm last night it was like a Saturday afternoon, people everywhere and traffic OMG nightmare, I felt very old LOL!!!

Ok enough waffle it's my turn to post over at the Paper Nest Dolls and I chose Stamper Ellie, great image for crafters me thinks!!

I love me Little Miss Muffet day and  over on the blog we are feeling festive ( Mmm not sure I am its about 3 months too early for me LOL ) but anyway the new challenge is Christmas!  Odd too that we are enjoying a  a very warm and sunny week here in Kent.

Check out this Jolly Santa, isnt he just super FAB !!   I coloured him with my also FAB Graph'It Markers, I particularly love the red shades they blend together soooooo beautifully!

Christmas Pud!!

Morning

Yippee for Friday peeps, its been a long week for some reason.

Okay well today over at Graph'It Markers team A were challenged to use a non character image, OMG was my initial thought but it was actually really fun in the end, the hardest part was choosing what to do!

I chose this fab Christmas Pud image from the Polkadoodles CD 'Here Comes Christmas and I got the texture simply by dotting instead of blending.

Mmm Mmm I LOVE Christmas Pudding, hot, cold, warm with custard or cream or ice cream or just by itself LOL!

The fab papers are Forever Friends Kraft Notes (thanks Lisa) and a nice big gingham bow to finish!

Happy Sunday!

Hope you having a good weekend, we have sunshine here a the moment but I am not sure it is going to last the day!  We had a great trip to Nottingham and Beth loved the course so it has just pipped Manchester and is now her favourite option so now we just have to hope she gets an offer , fingers crossed I don't think we will know that  until at least January!

Happy Tuesday peeps, hope your week has got off to a good start.

Well its dreary dull and generally yucky here not sure if that's the weather report or how I feel LOL!  Its more like that Jamie goes back  to Chester today for o Uni  so wont see him now until the big C word comes round but the way the years going that will be here before we know it!  I packed him off on the train this time so no long drive required  and the food might stay in the cupboards a a little longer!!!

Bit of a Background!!!!!!!!!

Morning

Yay for Friday, I soooooo need the weekend!

Ok so over at Graph 'It Colour Challenge Team A are up with Background Effects!    OMG was my first reaction but after a little bit of playing around I decided on winter sky effect!  Easy peasy simples too, mask your image, grab3 shades of blue or grey  markers, 1 blender and apply randomly over the top and voila!, I will defo be using this again!
