I went out on the bike yesterday, my first time EVER on a motorbike, it was amazing much better than I thought it would be, can't wait for summer it will be brilliant to just pop down to the coast on it!! Happy Saturday, hope you have a fab weekend whatever you have planned. I have been to Bluewater to the Creative Stitches and Hobbycraft Exhibition,it was fab I got lots of yummy yummy stash. Hope your week has got off to a good start, I had an awful day at work yesterday but I soon cheered up when I found my name had come up on Colette's blog in the draw on the Teddy Bo blog hop so I got to pick a free digi and I also won Colette's candy too!! Happy Sunday, what you got planned today?? Me I am hoping for an easy day, just cooking a Sausage Casserole for tonight and then should have some crafty time. How are you, keeping warm I hope, its turned cold here, me don't like it!!! So I got a Bee in my bonnet about doing a Safari card, brilliant as Wendy at Digital Delights has some totally awesome images for such a theme. I couldn't decide weather to do Safari Dylan or Safari Daisy so I coloured up both. I made my boy card first, finished about 11.15pm and thought I better go to bed. But I could not sleep so I got up and made the girly version, I was in my little cupboard till 3.00 am this morning but it was so much fun and so quiet!!!! Happy New Year and Last card for 2011

Morning

So here we are about to welcome in another year, I bet this one goes even quicker. I am not a huge fan of New Year Celebrations, I always think 'here we go again' not that I am negative or anything LOL! Anyway whatever you are up to hope you enjoy and I would like to wish you all a Happy New Year!!!

I have been busy in my cupboard for a couple of days now working on some DT stuff but I managed to squeeze in a little challenge card. I went for all my fav stuff, a Sassy, pink/brown combo, bit distressed of course flowers and a yummy butterfly!! Hope you likey??

Before I show you my card here is my little Max all snuggled up with me today while I am on my lappy (excuse PJ's). Just a little update on Max for those of you who remember when he was attacked back in February the prosecution service say there is no case on the grounds that there is no charge for 'a door suddenly opening'! So basically our well behaved, controlled dog nearly died and it cost us not far short of £1500 and its just our bad luck!!!! Justice don't get me started!!

Long time no post, hope everyone is warm, well and in festive cheer! I have just popped on to wish you all a fabulous Christmas time and hope 2012 is happy and healthy for you and your families. I have been AWOL for a couple of weeks, I just got sooo behind I had to leave the computer off and my craft cupboard closed! Anyway everything is finally looking a bit more ship shape now, I am off until 3rd Jan so looking forward to a couple of days with the family and then let the crafting begin! We have a party at mine tonight, got my sausage rolls in the oven, a little glass of bubbly on the go ( must remember to pace myself LOL)!

I am pulling my hair out now with not being able to leave comments. If you have a separate pop up box everything is ok and comments work fine but if its one where the whole post reloads with the comment box at the bottom I can't. Blogger keeps asking me to choose a profile from the drop down box which is empty?

I have google chrome, the stay signed in box is unticked. I have tried signing out on the page and signing back in but nothing works.

Everything was ok and it just suddenly started doing this been a week now, has anyone got any suggestions and is there any contact number for Blogger because I can't find one?

Any ideas would be most welcome and I am sorry if I have not left you a comment this week, its because I can't!!

Morning

Well yesterdays Christmas shopping trip was exhausting, we trudged all over Maidstone which I have to say is now pants for shopping, very few decent shops left, I think it's appalling considering we are meant to be the county town, and then it all seemed to be the same as last year which was the same as the year before and so it goes on. We did make a start and got a few bits but perhaps I just was not in the mood!!

Morning my lovelies.....

Firstly my thoughts are with the families of those involved in that terrible accident yesterday, I just saw the pics in the paper, I just can't imagine how terrifying that must have been, truly awful!

So today I have a little card using one of my new Sassy stamps, this one is 'All Wrapped Up,..... I have again used my EP 'Seasons Greetings' papers but I tell you what a great buy as I have nearly used them all up, no half pad left with one's you don't like?.. I have used that little heart again, well hey I got a pack of 10 so why not LOL.

Today I have to go food shopping (yuck) I started Slimming World last week so lots of healthy stuff going in my basket, well that's the plan anyway but you know what they say about plans...........???

I was following Erika's lovely sketch at The Sugar Bowl , but I have missed an element so can't enter but its pretty much it.

Good Morning

I hope you had a good start to the week, we had some good news from the gas and electric, we finally had our meter read and we got a letter today to say a rebate is in the post, its a hefty one too so just perfect this close to Christmas, that's all the presents sorted!!! Takes the pressure of a bit, PHEW..

I have nearly got my blog candy together, just waiting for a couple of packages to arrive and then it will be good to go!

So I am back again with another Mo Manning image and I kept the design pretty similar to my card yesterday in terms of papers and embellies, but I have used a different image, colours and layout so I hope you likey???? Hello peeps

Its CES Saturday which means a yummy new challenge and Jenny has chosen the theme Seeing Red...

I am a late with mine coz I have bee a little under the weather this week and been too pooped for anything except sitting on the sofa in the evenings watching NCIS, OMG I have a little thing for Mark Harman though,YUMMY!!!!!!!

So I got up really early to do my card only to realise that my daughter has my camera and she is at a sleepover so I had to wait for her to come home and there ain't much chance of her even being awake before midday LOL

Hello

Hehe I am back with another post, two in one day does not happen often , but I felt like some real me time today. I so LOOOVE these images from Saturated Canary and even better no waiting for Mr Postman! Mind you have ordered myself a couple of Sassy's in rubber from Funky Kits so maybe they will come tomorrow, fingers crossed. This one as is Rainy Day, typical of me, its probably the hottest day or near enough so far so I decide to do a rainy image, go figure??????

Wheely Nice.....Here Come The Boys DT

Good Morning

Wow mammoth journey yesterday for our trip to Chester, 6 hours to get down there, traffic was so heavy plus there was an accident, but we got back in just over 4. It was worth it though the campus is fab, its like a little town in itself! I sat through an hour lecture on Geography, my chance I thought for a little snooze but no it was actually really interesting, I did not realise there was so much to this subject and so many opportunities too. There are some awesome field trips which include the Norwegian glaciers, New York, Valencia to name a few. I really liked Chester too, so different from down here wouldn't mind living there myself! So we will see what happens, we have a few more closer to home to look at but I think this will be hard to beat and Jamie loved it!

Anyway enough rambling from me and onto the new challenge at Here Come The Boys which is

Gorjuss Pretty Girls - CES DT

Well I hope Mr Blogger plays ball today coz I should be on my way to Chester Uni when this posts. My son is thinking of going there next year, its a 4/5 hour drive each way so that will be my Saturday gone!

So I chose a digi image by Krista Smith from Saturated Canary, who of course is the artist behind the Simply Sassy . She is called Nevaeh and oh I just love her hair and those eyes!! (took me 4 goes to colour her up but so worth it)!!

I didn't check what papers I was going to use first and came a bit unstuck trying to find some that matched, I hope I just about got away with it??

Bubble Bath.....................

Hello

Hope you have had a good weekend, we had beautiful sunshine and I think it is set to continue for a few days too. I have done something to my camera, it has a black spot on the bottom right corner and I cant get rid of it must be some damage to the lens? I pretty much covered it on this one with my watermark, don't know if its fixable or not???

I would also like to say a big HELLO to my new followers, had quite a few join me over the past couple of weeks so thank you. Got just a few more to go to 150 and then I think some blog candy will be in order!!!

I managed to get a card done today for my SIL birthday, I have to say I was rolling up when I saw this image, honestly it really does look like her, so funny....Its a really fun image though and fab to colour up.

So have to say bit dissapointed with my card in the end, didn't quite get the proportions right for some reason but never mind, might try this sketch again coz I think its fab. Lost Mojo, Lost Internet BUT.........

.......my gorgeous daughter totally rocked her GSCE's YAY Beth. She got 2 x A* and 6 x A now thats BRILLIANT especially as she took them a whole year early too!! I think she gets it from me LOL!!

I also want to say a big WELL DONE to my fab niece Amy who got also got awesome results coming in with A grades for all of them! WOW!!!!

Anyway big apology to make, my card is very late for the challenge over at CES today, I have had no mojo all week and it shows no sign of return, don't you just hate it when that happens? Also I have had pretty limited internet connection again and so I probably haven't caught up with lots of you.

The challenge this week is a gorgeous colour combo, PINK, BROWN AND AQUA, now that's yummy!

You would think with those colours and a Wee stamp and beautiful MME papers I would be able to create something pretty but NO, so I apologize now for my very uninspiring and totally pants card LOl!
